Welcome to the secure, confidential area of our website that is reserved for our distribution partners. In this area you will find the latest, as well as legacy User Manuals including Installation, Operation and Programming materials for all of our fire control panels and system peripheral products. You will also find installation sheets for our many intelligent, addressable devices and accessory products.

Periodically we will issue Marketing Bulletins to alert our distribution partners to new product introductions, product enhancements and other marketing related materials. Technical Bulletins may contain application notes, revision control history, installation tips, etc. You will find all bulletins listed here in this secure section.

In order to better assist requests for CAD based materials, we have reserved a section for downloading a variety of CAD drawings that have been created by our Engineering Department. These materials can be imported into AutoCAD for re-use.

The Programming Files section allows you to download firmware files for the AX Series Fire Control Panels and peripherals as well as software files for the AX Series PC Net Configuration Tool.
