Fall Membership & Symposium

Advanced Fire Systems was a proud participant in the November 20th AFAA New England Meeting held at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood, Massachusetts.

The day featured presentations by a number of industry leading companies and included a presentation by Ray Krickmier, VP of Sales, and Leigh Kaiser, VP of Product Services. The presentation focused on the many significant and unique features of the AX Series Fire Alarm Control Panels.

Following the presentation Krickmier commented: “I started off the presentation by stating that not all fire panels are the same and that after all these many years of technological advancements in our industry, Advanced had many new things to bring to the table. Based upon the response of the attendees, I feel that our message came across well and that the attendees were pleasantly surprised.”

Kaiser added: “Follow up questions at the booth were well directed. Customers were particularly interested in the built in Volt and Ammeters, the Virtual Panel, Diagnostics and IP technology. It’s such a pleasure to see their reaction because there’s never been anything equivalent like it in the market, so customers are caught off guard.”

Following the symposium, the Annual Membership Meeting was held and guests were benefited by a superb presentation on the status of the requirements set forth by the NFPA Codes presented by Jeff Knight, Chairman of the NFPA Committee for Public Emergency Reporting Systems.
